Conditions of acceptance

Who can join the panel?

Our panel is open to all consumer profiles, with a few essential conditions to guarantee the quality of the studies.

✓Be 18 years of age or older (or 15 years of age with the consent of a parent registered in the panel).

✓Live in metropolitan France.

✓To be easily reachable by phone.

✓Regularly consult your mailbox.

Case of minors aged 15 to 17

If you are between 15 and 17 years old, you can participate provided that one of your parents is already registered with the panel. Enter their first and last name and SYRES ID number in the "By a parent, relative, or friend" field. Your registration will be validated after obtaining their consent.

How does it work?

Complete the registration form carefully (approximately 10 minutes). Every piece of information counts in order to target the tests best suited to your profile.

Receive invitations

Depending on your profile and consumption habits, we invite you to participate in studies that correspond to your daily life.

Participate & give your opinion

Test the products at home or in a center and share your feedback via online questionnaires — simple and quick.

Track your participation

Easily access your active studies and track the progress of your participation on the Club SYRES application.

Complete the test questionnaires seriously and honestly, respecting the given deadlines.

Respond promptly to our requests (calls, emails, questionnaires or surveys) upon receipt.

Please call us back as soon as possible if we leave you a message — places in the studies are limited.

Follow the specific instructions for each study to ensure relevant results.
