Stress is now part of everyday life for many… but to what extent?
SYRES conducted a large survey of 2,645 consumers to better understand how stress is expressed, what it causes and how each person tries to manage it.
The results speak for themselves:
- 75% of respondents say they feel stressed at least from time to time.
- The main causes? Work (68,6%) is by far the most common, followed by personal reasons (44,6%) and family reasons (39%).
- 66% of stressed people also suffer from sleep disorders.
- And despite this, nearly one in two people have never used an anti-stress product or supplement.
The study also highlights differences according to gender and socio-professional category: women more often report regular stress, while managers appear to be the most exposed category.
Because behind every peak of stress there is a feeling, a fatigue, but also an adaptation… we wanted to give consumers a voice.
