Syres has for the past month and a half applied all the precautionary measures in its centers following the spread of Covid-19.
Fortunately, we do not regret any absence for the moment and the government's measures in terms of school closings have no impact on our teams for the moment.
We have organized for several years a business continuity plan and if necessary, all people from all departments (sales, recruitment, analysis) can work from home to ensure the smooth running of the tests and the same quality of service.
Consumer tests with home products and online questionnaires can be carried out without blocking points, as long as La Poste comes to collect the products that leave.
To date, the La Poste group has announced that there is no suspension of service and that they will honor their contract.
We have set up a specific procedure for the reception of products on our premises and the sending of products to volunteers (health and safety measures).
However, with regard to on-site studies, both at Syres and at its customers, and in order to preserve our staff and volunteers, we are forced to temporarily postpone these studies or to modify their methodology on a case-by-case basis, in any case. transparency with you of course.
Dedicated panels that are required to travel to customers will be isolated in provisional databases and the studies may be postponed or modified, depending on the case.
The panels brought to our home were isolated and the study suspended or turned into a home test.
We hope that everything will be back to normal as soon as possible and we wanted to assure you of all our efforts to maintain our activity and the best quality of service during this period.
